ATHLETES * ART * MUSIC * MOUNTAINS
June 6 – 9 , 2013 | Vail, CO
Summary
In 2002, the Mountain Games married adventure sports with the essence of mountain lifestyle to create the largest celebration of mountain culture in the United States. Over the last 11 years, the Mountain Games™ has evolved to showcase the best athletes within climbing, kayaking, cycling, multi-sport, paragliding, trail running, SUP’ing and fly fishing. We strive to communicate our mountain culture and sustainable values through our competitions, music, art and nightlife utilizing the setting in Vail, Colorado to broadcast our platform to over 110 million households. The upcoming 2013 GoPro Mountain Games will draw 45,000+ spectators, 3000+ registrations and 150+ credentialed media to Vail this June. Some are lured by the prospect of enjoying the authentic mountain scene while some make the pilgrimage for the $100,000 cash purse—the largest in the adventure world. As a sponsor of the GoPro Mountain Games, our partners will have the opportunity to connect with 45,000+ passionate outdoor enthusiasts. Coupled with unique activation venues as well as a national multi-media presence, a partnership with the Summer Mountain Games creates traceable ROI while positioning our partner as the leader in the world of adventure sports and lifestyle.
