Scheduled for July 29 through August 9, this year’s Festival will feature dance legends you know and love joined by new important voices and rising stars for free community events, lively receptions and gatherings and of course, the spectacular world-class performances that have cemented Vail Dance Festival as a top destination for dance today.

• The return of New York City Ballet MOVES following a smash hit engagement last season • The Festival debuts of Ephrat Asherie Dance and the dynamic new company DanceAspen World premieres have become a cornerstone of the Festival. This year we are thrilled to celebrate our 100th world premiere created since Damian became Artistic Director in 2007. To mark this milestone, we will stage new works from Ephrat Asherie, Caili Quan, Jodi Melnick, Justin Peck, Claudia Schreier, Bobbi Jene Smith, and Pam Tanowitz. Detailed planning is underway and final information about our world-class master class series and full schedule of Festival events will be announced in early June. Enclosed, you will find the Festival donor giving levels & benefits, event calendar, as well as important ticketing and social event RSVP information. EVENT DETAILS Conversations On Dance Conversations On Dance Podcast hosts will record in-depth discussions with artists throughout the Vail Dance Festival. These intimate events provide audiences with an inside look into the world of dance through discussions about ballet training, techniques, choreography, with interviews from the dance world’s best and brightest. A limited number of tickets are sold to each Conversations On Dance event during the Festival or listeners can tune in from anywhere! Underwritten by Town of Vail. Tickets: $25 each, includes coffee, tea, and pastries

Dine then Dance // Dance then Dine

Donors at the Gold Dress Circle Level and above are invited to join other Festival patrons for dinner at some of the best local restaurants. Proceeds help support impactful Festival programs. August � A pre-performance dinner at select restaurants in Vail Village. Proceeds benefit Celebrate the Beat Eagle County, a program of Vail Valley Foundation's YouthPower365. August � A post-performance dinner at select restaurants in Beaver Creek Village. Proceeds benefit our Community Arts Access program. Tickets: $175 each

En Pointe Party Donors at the Gold Dress Circle level and above receive complimentary tickets to the En Pointe Party, a special post-performance celebration to show our appreciation for your support and dedication to the Festival. This exciting evening will

include libations, dinner and dancing at Larkspur Restaurant in Vail with some of your favorite dancers. RSVP required*. Gold Dress Circle donors and above may purchase additional tickets for $200 each

May Gallery Access The May Gallery at the Vilar Performing Arts Center is designated for Gold Dress Circle level donors and above prior to the 8/31 performance. No RSVP necessary

Pre-Performance Receptions Donors at the Gold Dress Circle level and above are invited to join us at 6:30pm on July 29 (Opening Night) and August 5 (International Evenings of Dance I) in the Borgen Family Patrons Plaza at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater for complimentary appetizers and libations. RSVP required*

Sparkling Brunch Donors at the Gold Dress Circle level and above receive two complimentary tickets to an exclusive Festival rehearsal from 10:30-11:30am on the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater stage followed by brunch and breakfast cocktails with Festival dancers in the Social Courtyard. RSVP required*. Additional tickets may be purchased for $150 each

Sparkling Receptions Vail Valley Circle level donors and above are invited to post-performance Sparkling Receptions where dancers and donors will mix and mingle over a glass of sparkling in the Borgen Family Patrons Plaza. Please note that the

closing night Sparkling Reception will take place on stage. Fan Club level donors are invited to attend one (1) Sparkling Reception. RSVP required*

Tiny Dancer Tea Party An event for the littlest dancers with the biggest dreams. Boys and girls ages 4-7 are invited to enjoy crown and tiara decorating, a dance session, meet-andgreets with Festival dancers, snacks, and fun! The ticket price includes one children’s size Festival t-shirt. Tickets: $50 each, includes admission for one adult and one child

Watching Dance with Heather Watts Legendary Balanchine ballerina, Heather Watts shares an interactive exploration of dance repertory through video footage and live demonstrations with Festival Artists. Tickets: $25 each. All proceeds benefit YouthPower365's Celebrate the Beat Eagle County

VVF Summer Donor Reception A pre-performance reception to show our appreciation for your support and dedication to the Vail Valley Foundation. Gold Dress Circle level donors and above as well as Vail Valley Foundation donors at the Alpine level and above are invited to join us in the Borgen Family Patrons Plaza at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater for complimentary appetizers and libations. RSVP required* *RSVP's will be placed at time of donor ticketing.


TICKETING INFORMATION Donor Priority Ticketing (early April)

Season Presenter, Underwriter, Ruby, Diamond, Platinum and Gold Dress Circle level donors are guaranteed reserved premium seats in sections � & � at the GRFA and center orchestra at VPAC. Donors at these levels will receive priority order forms and concierge ticketing in early April. Donate Today at the Gold Dress Circle level or higher to guarantee the best seats in the house. Silver Dress Circle level donors receive priority presale ticketing before tickets go on sale to the general public and two complimentary reserved pavilion tickets to the performance of their choice. Donate Today to guarantee pre-sale access on April 5. Vail Valley Circle level donors receive priority pre-sale ticketing before tickets go on sale to the general public and two complimentary reserved pavilion tickets to Dance for $20.22.
