The Black Diamond Ball, a signature fundraising event for the Vail Valley Foundation; features dinner and dancing, along with live and silent auctions. In addition, festivities also include a presentation of the Vail Valley Citizen of the Year Award. Last year, the Black Diamond Ball raised in excess of $500,000 to aid the organization’s mission of enhancing the quality of life in the Vail Valley through arts, athletics, and education. The 19th Annual Black Diamond Ball will be hosted on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek with the theme "BOLLYWOOD".
