BACHELOR OF SCIENCE DEGREE

Electrical & Computer Engineering Technology BEGINNING FALL 2011

VALENCIA’S program was developed in partnership with local engineering professionals and incorporates the same state-of-the-art equipment found in the research and development departments of major companies. That way, you’ll be prepared to meet both industry demands and employer expectations by the time you graduate. And with small class sizes of only about 22 people, you’ll get the same individual instruction and support that students have come to expect from Valencia. Expected salary range: $40,000 - $65,000

ENGINEERING YOUR FUTURE With a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology, you’ll be on your way to an engineering career within your concentration area. Choose from three concentrations:

Computer Systems Electrical/Electronic Systems Lasers and Photonics All courses will be held on Valencia’s West Campus. As an engineer, you could supervise/lead a team of junior engineers, working to support a designer. Depending on your concentration, you could work for companies such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman or NASA doing research and development, product evaluation, maintenance or building designs.
