From an analysis done on the minimum space, I left on the same concept of configuration of the caravan and a wagon train. The land is divided into 4 students. The ground floor and 1st floor are shared with 3 other housing buildings, forming a parking ramp (1st level) and shops on the ground floor. The site is in the 13th district of Paris on the future slab that will cover the railways. At first, it is the idea of having a frame of the common spaces, separated from the frame of more private spaces by a footbridge. Then, the space of the caravan is illustrated by the external entrance. To enter each apartment, access is through their garden -as a private terrace. 175 dwellings are built in my individual project.

The exercise consists in designing a housing with a pre-established methodology consisting in freely realizing an organization chart composed of five functions: WASH, MEET, NOURISH, REST, supplemented by a hypothesis which is a quote chosen to give its character to the home . It is a home for a family of two parents, two children and a baby. Each space is defined by specific criteria (centripetal, centrifugal, oriented ...). The intersection between two spaces such as, for example, feeding and washing, must correspond to a time when one can eat and wash: a work plan for example that would serve as thickness of use. The hypothesis: «Time is an invention of movement, one that does not move, does not see the time pass» Amélie Nothomb.

SCENARIO

Anchored in a landscape lost in the middle of a raging sea, the hotel is composed of 15 places formalized in monolithic «nest boxes». The mood of the sea decides the working environment of the artists. These 15 spaces are incrusted in the rocks attacked by the waves. These are inspired by the massive Mehnirs, a Britain symbol. The interior spaces are designed by void. The “Phare Maudit” is an already existing lighthouse known for its haunted legends. It is the guide of the boats but also becomes a point of reference for the artists who will come to confront this agitation. The journey of each artist becomes a real assault course in several stages: A first stage takes place in the boat which shelters all common services. Artists embark on the Pointe du Raz on the Brittany coast, only in calm weather and at low tide: Journey to the inspiration hotel depends to the mood of the sea. The artists will then disembark in their respective shelter reached by kayak. Finally, visitors arrive in a first inspiring space in which a particular atmosphere is felt. The interior of these places resonates with the sounds of nature that surround the building. The overwhelming volumes evoke the vertical space illuminated by a grazing light, the destructuring and opening

walls disorient the artist. They are true places of inspiration where the light guides the visitor in his work room and living space. It is also a space that will be accessible and usable only at low tide. Volumes drawn and imposing in the volume are only insinuated from the outside. Everything is guessed when we travel vertically through the volume. The living spaces are not visible at once, we discover them as and when. The artists face themselves for a while and it is only during a weekly passage of the boat that they can restock food or gather in common areas.

Marseille is a Mediterranean city whose the coastline is essentially boosted by its port activities. The soil of Marseilles welcomes along the coast of ferries, cruise ships and more to the North of freight boats. The maritime flows are therefore in constant circulation. Then Marseille is also a city that develops and densifies, especially with Euromediterranean projects, operation of redevelopment but also development economic, social and cultural an accelerator of attractiveness and the city of Marseilles between Europe and the Mediterranean. However, the port and the city of Marseille do not are not connected and connected enough through various activities or urban projects. The coastal promenade between the old port and the tower Zaha Hadid was refitted to favor traffic soft but the port infrastructure creates a real wall between the city and the sea. A break between the city, the sea and its port feels. The question I asked myself is how to connect the city and the port to through the realization of an urban project, while maintaining port activities on the site. the port of Marseille and two sheds in steel structure are on this floor port. A first step is to reorganize programmatically the site in order to relocate the headquarters of the GPMM within the J1 (hangar in concrete beam stud structure) just to side. The site is then clear and free for intervene on the urban plan. It was not not to destroy to rebuild an element built pure and hard, but to keep this escape visual on the sea to guide the pedestrian to the edge of the sea and to the port. An inhabited ground project is born between harbor terrace and hangar J1.

The public square of La Joliette is extended to the sea and port and urban activities intermingle on a common ground. Within this floor - roof fully accessible, just settlea programmatic mix that welcomes a temporary exhibition hall, a hall covered gastronomic, amphitheatres, a media library coworking spaces as well as music and dance workshops. Finally this new ground also allows passengers to ferries docking along the slab, disembark and arrive directly in the city of Marseille. A boat bus station is also created to make this place a central hub of the city and to promote daily maritime transport. It is unsol that will also create a new entrance more spontaneous to the terraces of the port since it is dircetement connected to the belvedere of Terrasses.
