KAYAKÖY THE GhOST TOWN When in 1923, the Orthodox population of Kayakoy (south of Turkey) is deported to Greece, the memory of the site and its population is found damaged. All knowhow, techniques and knowledge are gone, and ruins are the only trace of it. Relic of a time where Orthodox and Muslims were neighbors and friends, the physical reality of the ruins is the most evident memorial, as they tell us the life that existed in the valley, but also changes that have occurred since. The approach that we have is the conservation of the ruins as a memorial scalable, where the present goes on . By creating an architecture that magnifies the beauty of the ruins and the pain they tell, but also allows the writing of the present life going on in Kayakoy. So we keep the ruins “in best condition of destruction”
in order to witness the generations to come. We want to encourage expression to become involved in this evolution. The architecture enables people to share and exchange their experiences of reconciliation and peace. It is the witness and memory of those events. Peace and reconciliation are universal values that apply to all Humans at different scales. If Kayaköy is this symbol, then it is the meeting point of humanity. Yet by making the universal place, it is important not to deprive the indigenous he can build a life of their own memory and to reconcile with their region and their history. We believe that to keep the ruins any value of historical evidence, we must consolidate without changing their appearance and stop the degradation in progress
In the valley
The program includ exibition rooms, auditoriums, and semi-private places. They are linked by a long path thought as a garden. On this main road, the access is really easy and clear. A program more “secret is hiden in kayakĂśy, to permit the local people to permit them to reappropriate the town.

I chose not to settle inside the ruin, for those houses symbolize friendship between Greek and Turkish.
The walls permit to organise the space according to the program. They can stop the vew or the sound, to create more intimate places. Their angles can invite people to take one pass more than an other, and most of all, they are de witness of the time, they need to be used, changed and be able to evolve.

In a world in crisis, we realize that the global society in which we live has flaws that a more humanist society could fill. We believe that these two societies living side by side, encouraging exchanges, would be a solution. This project is set in Copenhaguen, where the free city of Christiania is settled. We want to extande this city in Copenhague.

On the ground, the organization changes. There are full and empty spaces that bring a new program: children’s playground, cafe, library. On the canope on the soil itself is changing. Each square is a panel with different material, more or less permeable, which can be changed depending on the seasons. House are built by the people living on the canope
On the main structure of the canope, people can construct their own house, but they have to take care not to settle in a place that would defect the live that goes under it or in the buildin near it. The slope can be low to permit the bike to ride on, and steep helps creating more light.

Moskva city is the business center of Moscow.
A few tower are actually finished. Because of the global crise, a lot of work couldnâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t proceed.
Among the finished tower, there is the heighest tower in europe.
In those tower the program almost the same: Buisness center, appartment, restaurant and shopping.
This business center looks like any business center on earth. My concept is to give a Russian Identity back to this part of the town, by looking back to the cultural history of Russia, and more particulary the constructivism movement.
For this project I studied a lot about how to link the tower, thinkint of the program, the sun, and also the shape of the existing building
