Kieliszki na Próżnej
Próżna 12
So named after the 1,116 wineglasses that hang tantalizingly over the bar, as you imagine this spot serves as a superb wine spot, not least because of their terrace overlooking the pre-war cobbles of Próżna. However, last year’s signing of chef Sebastian Wełpa has also brought the food to the fore, with the creative Polish menu deemed worth of a Michelin bib gourmand in June.

Tuna
Elektryczna 2
Resembling the scales of a fish, Tuna’s core decorative element are 18,000 tuna cans that sheathe the walls – smartly appointed in dark metallic colours, the cool vibe is perfectly pitched for Warsaw’s sweltering summer days. The menu also seems to have these in mind with exhilarating interpretations of seafood by Martin Gimenez Castro – these include a chili con tuna that’s an ecstasy of tastes.
Nuta
Pl. Trzech Krzyży 10/14
Expressive in its aesthetics and flavour, Nuta’s tasting menu is the personification of Andrea Camastra’s character –often mind-bendingly creative, this luxurious experience takes you on an unexpected roller coaster of tastes and sensations. Have no doubt, this is the most thrilling gastronomic experience in Poland, a point underscored by the Michelin star bestowed upon them in June.
