Another reason we rejoice is because of our wonderful donors, many of whom are mentioned in the pages of this publication and who represent an even larger group of people who support the mission of VCS. Last year saw over $3.5 million come in from 1,835 people, with $500,000 in direct giving to our amazing faculty. The epic achievements God has accomplished through VCS are made possible by the generosity of the VCS community and the giving of their time, talent, and treasure, and for that we thank you. As Valley Christian Schools approaches its 60th year in 2020, we have much to be thankful for, but nothing more so than our partnership with you, the VCS community. I think Paul said it best in his
letter to the Philippians: “I thank my God every time I remember you. In every prayer for all of you, I always pray with joy, because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will continue to perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus” (Philippians 1:3-11).
