TODD NINNEMAN 602.677.4653 ToddN@Remax.net Owner, Realtor®
23 Years*
As the owner of Re/MAX Fine Properties located in Anthem, Todd takes pride in helping his neighbors and friends. Todd is a Wisconsin native who came to Arizona to attend Arizona State University in the ’90s. He and his wife discovered Anthem in 1999 on a drive to Flagstaff while taking their children sledding. The community of Anthem “sold” them on that first visit, and he and his wife purchased their home that same day. The Ninnemans have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Their youngest daughter Cameron, attends University of Alabama, majoring in finance.
As a transplant from the Midwest, Todd appreciates the sunny days and mountain views on a daily basis. But his favorite thing about Anthem is its sense of “home” and “community.” He feels it is a great place to live because of the people of Anthem and that small town feel it creates. In his free time, Todd enjoys golfing and is involved with local charities, including the Anthem Rotary and Anthem Veterans Memorial expansion project.

he holiday season is a great time to support the local brick-and-mortar and home-based businesses that define our community and positively impact the local economy. When you choose to support a small, locally owned business, it’s an investment in your community. Local business owners tend to spend locally, too, and often give back to local charities and organizations. The U.S. Small Business Administration estimates that for every $100 spent at a small business, $48 stays in the community (compared to $14 at a big-box retailer). Despite inflation and fluctuating interest rates, consumers continue to be mindful of shopping small. A survey conducted by Intuit in October predicted small

The median household income for home buyers jumped to $107,000 from $88,000 last year, underscoring the increasing income required to purchase a home, according to the National Association of Realtors® 2023 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers. "Given the erosion of housing affordability due to higher home prices and mortgage rates, the household income for those who successfully purchased homes jumped by nearly $20,000 and topped six figures for only the second time in our records," said Jessica Lautz, NAR deputy chief economist and vice president of research. "In a stillcompetitive housing market, more well-off home buyers were able to have their bids accepted by offering larger down payments and even by paying cash."
