Spiderman, Ray Bradbury, and meeting the Minotaur for the first time just outside Wawa. LOON Can a man truly love the moon? Creators of 2011 acclaimed Fringe hit Grim & Fischer return with a love story that whisks a lonely man to the moon and back. Featuring larger than life masks, fantastical puppetry, and love of all things whimsical. GUERNICA Watch the painted figures come to life, see their small Spanish town destroyed by bombs, and witness the moment of inspiration for Picasso’s masterpiece, Guernica. Directed by the creator of 2011’s hit play, Big Shot. GOD IS A SCOTTISH DRAG QUEEN Based on the character by comedian Mike Delamont and writer Jacob Richmond (Ride the Cyclone), God Is A Scottish Drag Queen is an evening with God himself like you have never imagined. PETER `N CHRIS EXPLORE THEIR BODIES They’ve saved the world. They’ve been murdered in a motel. In a brand new show, Vancouver Pick of the Fringe comedy duo Peter ‘n Chris explore their bodies, ok, Chris’ body. Peter ‘n Chris go inside Chris!
AND AMBIENT SHADOW PUPPETRY PRE-SHOW FROM MIND OF A SNAIL PUPPET CO. Mind of a Snail Puppet Co. is a shadow puppet duo from the West Coast of B.C. They combine originally crafted puppets, music, masks, and eclectic experiments in lighting and timing to explore the interconnectedness between what is natural, what is artificial, and where everything blurs in between.
