VANDERBILT MS FINANCE
2015 EMPLOYMENT REPORT
Friends and Associates, I am honored and excited to present the MS Finance Employment Report for the Class of 2015. With another year of all-time highs in key performance metrics, the Vanderbilt MS Finance investment continues to produce great returns. n
Record Year for Employment. 100 percent of the MS Finance Class of 2015 was employed full-time by 90 days after graduation, while both offers and acceptances by graduation increased from last year’s all-time records. Base salaries also increased by 13 percent.
n High
Student Satisfaction. From our popular finance city treks to individualized coaching services unmatched by any other school, no program offers broader and deeper support to job seekers. Student satisfaction with MS Finance career management services surged again to yet a new record high in 2015.
n Success
of Foreign Nationals. For the second time in three years, employment of our foreign nationals reached 100 percent, with every student in the Class of 2015 securing employment in the United States. Our goal is to be the program of choice for foreign nationals with the greatest career potential and we have firmly established ourselves as such.
Much of our success can be attributed to the strong Vanderbilt alumni base. As one of the most established and well-respected MS Finance programs in the country, we boast an active MS Finance alumni base. Alumni of our top-25 MBA program are also an invaluable resource when job seekers are working to expand their professional networks. A loyal and accessible alumni network is absolutely essential in today’s competitive job market, and that is exactly what the Vanderbilt MS Finance offers. Additionally we prepare students to succeed long before they even set foot on campus in August. And it works. As I enter my sixth year leading MS Finance career management services, I am proud of the steep trajectory of both the program and our graduates’ careers.
