“An effective HR is one who is open to hear the problems, quick in providing feedback and neutral during conflicts.” This is the first and foremost activity required by HR’s to make their presence felt in the organisation.
A company cannot become most favorite employer if it doesn’t have a skilled Human ResourceEvery employee must be comfortable in sharing their Department. There are many things to handle for an HR beyond Recruitment. Beyond just vows or concerns with their HR managers. recruitment, HR’s are also expected to focus on employees’ training, engagement and motivation, Managing Technical Skills performance appraisal, communication, workplace safety and many more. But somehow, HR’s are losing their presence and often left ignored in most of the organisation. “HR’s are expected to take the
initiative and make employees adapt to the changes in technology; and help them to upgrade their skills across all levels.” Almost all the organizations are using technology in some or the other business working. Though technology is not the main run, but change in technology is going to pose the
