This type of legal agreement comes into the picture when an organisation is looking to hire employees on a 3rd party payroll. The Contract of Employment basically talks of number of resources needed, engagement period, applicable charges and frequency of payment. In this scenario, employees receive salary from their original employer, however they need to follow working policy of the client organisation.

3. Employment Contract for Work­from­Home resources It is a voluntarily designed, & legally enforceable agreement between an employer and an employee who is willing to work from a remote location. This type of employment contract can include a variety of procedures and rules that the employee must accept as a condition of his/her job, like – timings of work, methods to submit deliverables, salary terms etc. Employer can also ask the hired employee not to work for any competitor, or not to take other projects parallely while engagement is still going on.

Agreement for Recruitment through Consultancy When organisations look to outsource recruitment services, consultancy agreement will let them set out the terms & conditions of employing the services of an outside consultant. The consultant could be an individual or a company. At a bird’s eye view, consultancy agreement specifies the timeline of engagement, payment terms and candidate replacement policy. It can also include whether recruiters are to work on client’s payroll or at consultancy.

2. Agreement for Recruitment through Freelancer The freelance work contract is also known as independent contractor agreements or consulting agreements. It specifies contracts between independent recruiters (may or may not be working in a company) & the organisations looking to use their services for the purpose of recruitment. Such agreements assure that both the parties are clear regarding the scope of the work, timelines, fees & intellectual property ownership.
