Here’s how to stay cool and fresh-faced as the weather heats up! Best skincare Don’t skip something as important as sunscreen. A waterbased sunscreen like the Astalift UV Protector SPF35PA+++ or RMK’s UV Face Protector will keep you covered. Do take care of neglected areas like your eyelids and ears.

Feed your skin Heavy heat can inflict damage on your skin and it’s best to start protecting your skin from within. Aside from drinking plenty of water, include skin “superfoods” like salmon, berries and flax seeds in your diet.
