Hate It? Hide It! The first step towards looking perfect is to cover visible blemishes.

If you’ve got good skin or just want a dewy finish to your face makeup, a layer of BB cream will provide ample coverage and shine. A colour that is lighter than your skin tone can make your skin look ashy – not a great look for Valentine’s or any other day, really!

After your date, you’ll definitely want to take it off – by that I mean removing your makeup so you can sleep with clean, unclogged skin!

Your skin renews itself at a faster rate at night, so don’t hinder that process!

I’ve noticed that when I don’t remove my makeup, it usually spells trouble for my skin! Makeup removers like the Kao Biore Aqua Jelly and the Bifesta Cleaning Express from previous Troves remove makeup but are so gentle on the skin. My tip is to wait a full minute before washing the remover off. No matter how tired I am, I don’t rush this step!
