Vancouver Parks and Recreation is implementing a resident and non-resident fee approach this Summer for all classes and activities. If you live INSIDE the City limits, you will see fees drop in most cases. If you live OUTSIDE the City limits, you can expect to pay a little more. You’ll notice that each activity has two fees – first the City resident fee and then the non-resident fee. See page 39 for more details. Consider purchasing an annual resident card if you live outside the City limits. An annual resident card is available by paying a one-time $70 fee. This provides resident rates on all activities for everyone in your household for 12 months. This includes program registrations as well as passes.
