大溫地產,想說要冷不容易 文 / 新海岸地產市場部

低陸平原過去幾個月的地產市場,幾乎超出所有機構和專家的預測,狂熱的步伐沒有停歇過, 從 1月開始到 5月, 巨大的住宅銷售量和房價的兩位數增長已經成為事實,如果按照四季來說, 那都是地產的炎夏。社會各界期待著市場會有某種程度的緩和,一些機構也開始預測房價到 了曲線的頂端。不到半年,政府出台了各種新政進行調整,但供需矛盾的日益突出、低利率的 持續和加元匯率的低迷,導致大溫地區和菲沙河谷的漲價巨輪繼續運轉,並且影響範圍也在 不斷擴大。
