Enrollment requires purchase of either the Pro Kit or Starter Kit and acceptance of the $100 oyster deposit deferred payment. With the oyster deposit deferred payment, Vantel Pearls provides Consultant an initial supply of oysters on a consignment basis. The $100 oyster deposit is then deducted from Consultant’s initial commission checks until paid in full. The oyster deposit is potentially refundable upon cancellation of the Consultant Agreement and the return of undamaged, unopened oysters. See Section 5 of the Consultant Agreement for full details.
