Retail distribution is quite specialized and requires understanding of the nuances of retail management as well as rapport with major retailers. The award recognizes the top performing retail distributor of the year as voted by the channel

The winner is an individual who is a decision maker in his company and is well regarded by the larger IT fraternity of the region for his camaraderie, informed insights as well as ommitment to the channel’s progress.
Most Popular Channel Personality
This award is for the retailer who has made the most impact in terms of sales bottom-line for various product categories as well as undertook took some bold proactive marketing initiatives. The winner is decided on the basis of votes from vendor representatives.
Best Retailer of the Year
A much sought after award, this goes to the distributor that has a top of the mind recall with the channel, is seen as a most reliable partner and goes all the way in enabling a win-win relationship with the channel.
Champion Distributor of the Year
The channel chooses the favourite distributor who delivered best in class after sales service and has enabled fastest service turnaround times.
