Saturday lunch is a bring your own lunch at Mt Hutt Function Centre, 160 Main Street Methven (tea & coffee supplied). There are two morning routes one of around 60 miles with no shingle and one 70 mile with around 10 miles of narrow winding shingle roads. We must stress that you are all confident at driving on this type of road if you decide on the shingle option.
The afternoon run is a direct route to Geraldine with no shingle. Firstly a big thankyou to all who have entered, (just under 100 People at this stage have entered). As we have so many people we will need to have two sittings at the Saturday & Sunday dinners. To be advised how this will operate on the day. You will all need to take a folding chair or rug to sit on at lunch time, some cash for raffles & to help pay for the two function rooms (lunch Saturday & Monday), the Sausage Sizzle Sunday and the band (BREAK THRU a Timeless Music Band) on Saturday Night. Any enquiries to Graeme Sword 03 327 7812
