Traveller
Boarnstream Yachting has developed and launched dozens of top quality motor yachts. The Boarncruiser Traveller is introduced in 2020. The Traveller is available in the models Tr43, Tr46, Tr50 and in the Sport edition. The Traveller is a perfect combination of proven technology, innovation and design. The sunken Fly-deck with its attractive airdraft is very suitable for both the inland and the external waters throughout Europe. The Traveller is designed and will be built for water sports enthusiasts who want to travel comfortably, with the Fly-deck as a dimension of freedom. The Traveller's innovative sunken Fly-deck is safe and spacious. The richly equipped steering position with
comfortable wheelhouse chairs and fixed
deck table complete the picture. The Fly-deck is equipped with a large folding aluminium navigation mast, has a wide view and plenty of room to enjoy the sun. A nice option is the sunken wetbar. The Traveller is a unique progressive design. The hull shape, the double curved Fly-deck, the steep bow, the tumble home, in combination with the large swimming platform, gives this yacht a feeling of robustness. Both the Tr43, Tr46 and Tr50 offer a split level on the saloon deck, creating a multifunctional living and dining area. The entire yacht has full headroom and 2 or 3 separate bedrooms. The Tr50 even has a Center-Sleeper.

Boarncruiser Hybrid Boarnstream achting will be the first shipyard which is going to produce serial build steel yachts with a hybrid drive! The Boarncruiser Elegance Hybrid is equal to diesel-powered version. But it has one big exception, the hybrid drive installation. Not only does the hybrid system allow you to cruise fully electric, it also provides you with the electrical needs for all on-board facilities. You can enjoy nature for days without the noise of your generator.
How long can I cruise on electricity? Depending on the speed, it is possible to cruise for a minimum of 3 hours up to a maximum of 8 hours fully electrically.

Experience what comfort feels like at 16 knots or more! For sure your yacht is for pure relaxation, so why the hurry? Well, the semidisplacement hull shape of the Sport version adds comfort when sailing at open waters, especially when waters get rough. The higher speed results in stability and anti-roll. Speed is a safety feature too. It is easier to escape from bad weather or to overtake large barges in rivers. Also, the two engines provide optimal comfort for boat manoeuvres. As from 2021 it's also possible to build the Boarncruiser Traveller as the brand new Sport Edition.

The complete range of Boarncruiser can be delivered as Long Top version. The Long Top version has an extended steel roof all over the cockpit which means: at all times shelter from rain, wind and sun. In combination with the option "Canopeasy®" it is possible to simply seal the cockpit. On top, the Long Top emphasizes the elegant looks. Long Top is standard for all Traveller types. • More sailing comfort • Higher top speed • Lower stern wave • Reduced noise level The semi-custom Hull Vane® is an underwater wing specially developed for motor yachts between 10 and 20 meters with the aim of reducing drag and increasing sailing comfort. The stern wave energy is converted into forward thrust by the Hull Vane®. The wing profile generates an forward-angled lift force, resulting in extra speed. The stern wave is significantly reduced, leading to a quieter aft deck while cruising. In waves, the Hull Vane® dampens the pitching motions and therefore improves the comfort on board. The course stability is increased and the yacht becomes quieter because the propeller and the engine run at a lower rpm for the same speed.

The newest option on the Boarncruiser models is a full side door. The newest option on the Boarncruiser models is a full side door. This side door ensures that you, to step out

directly from behind your steering position, which can be useful for example when mooring or using locks. This innovative option is currently being built into the yachts for delivery in season 2022. The side door is entirely custom-made and can be fitted in all steel and aluminium Boarncruisers. The door itself is always made of aluminium and the frame of steel or aluminium. All the technology of the side door is integrated in the door itself. By using innovative technology, only a few centimetres of extra space are needed in the interior. The frame of the side door is not visible from the outside, and the (standard) double-glazing is exactly the same as that of the superstructure itself. The side door is also fitted with insulation as standard. The side door has been developed in such way that it does not affect the Boarncruiser's DNA and it retains its unique design and beautiful lines!
