Founded in 1953, our magazine VEDERE is totally dedicated to the optical and eyewear sector and addressed to trade operators. In 1971 it was the first magazine in the world in this industry to have international diffusion thanks to the texts in four languages. Since 2010 there are two versions of the magazine: VEDERE Italia, in Italian, with national circulation and VEDERE International, with texts in English and diffusion in the rest of the world. From 2015 both magazines circulate in the digital version. We exhibit directly with our stand at the most important optical trade fairs in the world, on these occasions hard copies are available for visitors The link to the digital magazines is directly sent to our extensive Italian and international database, that is the result of over six decades of contact with the industry. We are obviously and actively present on the main Social Media. Circulation: VEDERE International – texts in English – 5 issues per year - international circulation to 20.000 e-mail addresses of opticians, chain stores, Buying groups (40%) – importers, distributors, wholesalers, buyers (50%) - manufacturers, designers (10%). Geographical areas: Europe 55% - Americas 12% - Asia 26% - other countries 7%. VEDERE Italia – texts in Italian – 8 issues per year - circulation only in Italy to more than 10.000 e-mail addresses of opticians and chain stores (68%); wholesalers, buying groups, lenses laboratories, designers and agents (18%), manufacturers and distributors (14%). SPECIAL SUPPLEMENT “PROUD TO BE OVER 50” On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of MIDO, VEDERE will publish also a special volume dedicated to Italian and foreign companies that are (or will be within 2020) over 50 years old. This edition will be available during Mido together with the Special issue of VEDERE and will also be available at all the optical trade fairs where our magazines exhibit in 2020 from March onwards.
