For more than 70 years the magazine VEDERE has witnessed the evolution of the optical and eyewear sector in Italy and worldwide and is addressed to trade operators. Born in Italy in 1953, the first publication of its kind, VEDERE became international in 1971, with texts in 4 languages and worldwide circulation. Once again, it has been the first international optical trade magazine in the world. Since 2010 there are two versions: VEDERE Italia, aimed at the Italian market and VEDERE International, in English and dedicated to the international trade. After a first experience in the digital field with the creation of VEDERE MULTIMEDIA in 1998, (published on CD-ROM), since 2015 the circulation of both magazines is in the digital version and the paper copies are available at the main trade fairs where we are present with our stand, and by subscription. The link to each issue of the magazines is sent directly to our extensive Italian and international database (the result of more than six decades of contact with the sector) and is published on our social media as well as always being available on our website www.vedere.it. The opening rate of our newsletters with the link to the magazines is between 25 and 30%, with an average reading time ranging from 5 to over 7 minutes. We are, of course, actively present on the main Social Media: Facebook, Linkedin, X and Instagram.

ADVERTISEMENTS VEDERE International – English texts – 5 issues per year (one of which, MIDO Special, unified with VEDERE Italia) – international distribution to approx. 20.000 e-mail addresses of opticians, chains of shops, buying groups (40%) – importers, distributors, wholesalers, buyers (50%) – manufacturers, designers (10%). Geographical areas: Europe 55% - Americas 12% - Asia 26% - other 7%.

VEDERE Italia – Italian texts – 8 issues per year (one of which, MIDO Special, unified with VEDERE International) – distribution in Italy to approx. 11.000 e-mail addresses of opticians and chain shops (68% of the total); wholesalers, buying groups, lenses laboratories, designers, sales agents (18%), manufacturers and distributors (14%).

The special MIDO issue, dedicated to the most important industry event in Milan, exceptionally unifies the two magazines and is distributed in Italy and abroad with texts in Italian and English. The print version is available at our stand at MIDO.

Since 2008, it is the indispensable tool for Italian opticians to help them find their way through the range of eyewear brands and other products available on the Italian market. It will be sent in June 2024 to all Italian opticians in both a digital and a hard copy version in 12.000 copies.
