Euromold 2015 si focalizza sul futuro della Produzione Additiva Euromold 2015 to Focus on the Future of Additive Manufacturing Demat GmbH, con sede a Francoforte, è il fondatore e organizzatore di Euromold, la ﬁera mondiale per Stampi e Utensili, Design, Produzione Additiva e Sviluppo del Prodotto. Dopo 21 anni di successo la 22ma edizione di Euromold si è spostata da quest’anno alla Fiera di Düsseldorf dove avrà luogo dal 22 al 25 Settembre con oltre 450 espositori. Con il suo concept espositivo unico, Euromold chiude un gap tra designer industriali, sviluppatori di prodotti, produttori, fornitori e clienti ﬁnali. Il nuovo concetto innovativo si basa sulle best practice. Parte di questo è l’orientamento internazionale della mostra con il 52,7 per cento di tutte le imprese registrate provenienti dall’estero. The Frankfurt-based Demat GmbH is the founder and host of Euromold, the world fair for Mouldmaking & Tooling, Design, Additive Manufacturing and Product Development. After successful 21 years, the 22nd Euromold changed its location to the Trade Fair of Düsseldorf where it will take place from September 22 to 25 with more than 450 exhibitors. With its unique exhibition concept, Euromold closes a gap between industrial designers, product developers, producers, suppliers and end customers. The new innovative concept is based on best practice. Part of that is the international orientation of the exhibition with presently 52.7 percent of all registered companies coming from abroad. Even in titanium frames ShuttleFlex is an option! In all cases the hinge is integrated in perfect harmony in the temple and is therefore totally hidden. Zero rocking ShuttleFlex was equipped with OBE’s ﬂexUno technology: a U-shaped side hinge provides at the same time rigidity and therefore zero rocking but also enough ﬂexibility to be bent during the adjustment process of a temple. Thanks to a vast variety of front hinges ShuttleFlex can be used also in lots of material combinations.

A differenza di altre placchette in metallo, i naselli in titanio sono molto leggeri e resistenti alla corrosione. Il titanio è la scelta ideale in confronto a molti altri metalli. Inoltre, in confronto ai naselli in plastica, la sua superficie non può assorbire eventuali sostanze potenzialmente allergizzanti. Soprattutto per le persone anziane che hanno problemi per la pelle molto sottile, i naselli in titanio sono l’alternativa ideale. Frey & Winkler’s key business is the production of nose pads, mainly in silicone and PVC. However, there are also applications where titanium nose pads are useful as an alternative. In contrast to other metal pads, titanium pads are very lightweight and corrosion-free. Titanium is the ideal choice in comparison to many other metals. Moreover, in comparison to plastic nose pads, its surface cannot absorb any potentially allergenic substances. Especially for elderly people facing parchment skin problems titanium pads are the ideal alternative. Complementing F&W’s traditional range of titanium nose pads with round and oval shapes, they just launched a rectangular shape in size 14.5 mm. It is available in both click and screw-type with a decentralized stud. La serie MRT è una gamma di apparecchiature per raddrizzare tubi e tondi in acciaio o altri metalli dotate di gruppi di raddrizzatura costituiti da coppie di rulli iperbolici motorizzati montati obliquamente e con inclinazione contraria per ogni coppia. La serie MRP è una serie di raddrizzatori per profili quadri, rettangolari o complessi aventi spessori e larghezze variabili costituiti da rulli motorizzati di spinta registrabili in altezza con sistema di visualizzazione decimale e tramite la semplice sostituzione dei rulli di

Violi Srl offers a wide range of straightening machines for the manufacturing of metal proﬁles, both circular and complex, hot or cold drawn, that allow to obtain high quality results thanks to a the use of prime selected components and innovative design solutions. MRT series is a range of straightening machines for processing tubes and rods made of steel or other metals. The units are equipped with straightening groups consisting of hyperbolic pairs of rollers obliquely mounted with an inclination opposed to each pair. MRP series is a family of products designed to straighten square, rectangular or complex proﬁles, with different thickness and widths. The device consists of motorized rollers adjustable in height with decimal display systems and by replacing

the rollers it is possible to straighten almost all proﬁles. MRF series is projected to straighten and cut tubes and bars made of steel or other metals, wrapped on coils. These machines are provided with a rotating straightening group equipped with hyperbolic pairs of rollers obliquely mounted with an inclination opposed to each pair. Manipulating the vertical axis it is possible to adapt the straightening machines to different diameters and to correct the proﬁle advancement line in order to create a process of metal stressing and to get products perfectly straight.
