Project Description The India International Convention and Expo Center is envisioned to be the country’s largest world class “transit oriented” facility. It’s key feature is the Exhibition and Convention Center complemented by a vibrant mixed-use district with spaces for retail, hospitality and commercial offices. Located in Sector 25, Dwarka, New Delhi, the proposed development is exceptionally wellconnected – with proximity to the airport, connected by major highways, adjacent to ISBT as well as access to an underground metro terminus within complex. The project is proposed to be constructed in line with green building principles and the LEED platinum rating standards.
