Dear Team,
As the year draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on the journey we've shared over the past 12 months. This year has been a mix of challenges and achievements, not just for Trellix but for industries around the world.
At Trellix, we’ve always prioritized not just the work we do, but the people who make it possible — you. This year, we continued to focus on wellness and fostering a culture of learning and growth. From launching our first-ever women’s leadership program, Vidushi, to introducing the Manager’s School, and from enhancing our benefits to observing Self-Care Day, every initiative has been designed with your personal and professional development in mind. These investments in you are investments in our future, and I couldn’t be more proud of the strides we’ve made together.
And while you remained at the forefront of our success, I would be remiss if I didn’t highlight our deep commitment to the community and the lives we’ve impacted together. Through our CSR initiatives, we touched the lives of over 50,000 people this year. Many of you generously stepped forward to contribute your time and energy, whether through Soulwork Contest or actively participating in Trellix Cares Day. Your dedication to making a difference embodies the spirit of Trellix, and I am truly inspired by the compassion and drive you bring to these efforts.
As we set our sights on 2025, let's sit back and reflect on this year, and focus on both our personal and professional wellbeing.

Investing in our Leaders of Tomorrow
The Manager’s School
Building strong leaders for the organization is very important to Trellix. The Manager’s School is a transformative, research-based, nine-month-long program focusing on People Managers across Trellix India, to foster a culture of growth and innovation.
This program has a customized curriculum, semester-wise reviews, progress updates, and loads of training, mentoring, and guidance. In Dec. 2024, 65 participants graduated from this cohort with flying colors.
Vidushi, which translates to “Wise” and “Intelligent” in Hindi/Sanskrit language, is a 12-month long cohort encompassing everything from mentorship to training opportunities, professional development, and upskilling, that will help our women leaders be future-ready. The cohort will graduate in Feb 2025.

Trellix India Apprenticeship Program
This year, Trellix India hired
40 apprentices as part of its Apprenticeship Program, combining on-the-job learning with mentorship. By hiring these apprentices, Trellix India is not only building a skilled workforce, but also creating valuable career pathways. The program provides comprehensive training and meaningful opportunities, empowering young individuals to develop essential skills and contribute to economic growth.

What’s the secret sauce for success according to you?
The secret sauce for success comprises hard work, continuous learning, and patience. These have been my constant companions throughout my journey. Equally important is taking time to unwind and do things that bring joy. I love spending time baking and trying out new recipes. Investing time in activities I love keeps the spark alive in my life and helps maintain a healthy balance between work and personal fulfillment.

Food and family are the cornerstones of my life, bringing joy and togetherness. We are all food enthusiasts, and I make it a point to introduce my family to a new restaurant every fortnight. Running gave me the courage to travel solo, and I discovered a whole new dimension. I have traveled to different places as a solo traveler. Out of all the places I have visited, my top favorite places have been Vagamon in Kerala, where I could connect with myself; Kolad in Maharashtra, where I got the courage to do bungee jumping, and the Great Lakes of Kashmir, alongside the Himalayas, where I witnessed heaven on earth while trekking.

During my IDP discussions with my manager, I shared my interest in exploring a role in Benefits. As luck would have it, the position of Benefits Lead for India opened up just a few months later. My manager encouraged me to apply, providing unwavering support and reassurance, especially as I worked through my initial hesitations about stepping into such a crucial role. Finally, I applied and I was selected via the internal interview process to lead Benefits for India and APJ.
