Site Overview Site Identification Proposed site is surrounded by GE India Industrial Pvt Ltd (East), Trend Technologies India (North), Patil Automation Pvt Ltd (South) & Farming land on West side. Proposed 53 acres property is industrially-zoned land in Chakan (Phase II), Pune. On the North side of the plot lies the access road of 15m width MIDC road, which will extends to 45m. On the East side of the plot lies the service road of 9m width. The site is uniform in shape without too many acute land parcels which gives more flexibility to development.
