Campaign Concept
This approach directly shows the impact of the CSR efforts, albeit from an emotional perspective. The idea is to use showcase real people and their story, who’ve benefitted from our CSR efforts and put it out to our audience to believe how we are touching numerous life. REAL LIVES. Further, we add stats to talk about the impact via quantifiable parameters. For instance, 300,000 people trained, 200,000 individuals got jobs, etc. We also follow this with a write-up on that initiative which not only informs the employees about what ICICI Bank is doing but also gives them a sense of pride.

ICICI Foundation: Wall of Fame
We create a ‘Wall of fame’ with photographs of individuals who’ve benefitted from our ICICI Foundation programs. Every month, we’ll ask the ‘employees of the month’ to put up these frames in the wall and this way we can generate a personal connect among our team members as well as motivate them to do good work, so that the company overall can keep benefitting community at large.
