Overview The objective of Real Estate Services Policy 302 (“RES Policy) is to provide world-class leadership to MasterCard and its fully-integrated subsidiaries, as applicable, in the development and execution of real estate strategies to ensure affordable occupancy costs, improved space utilization and creative portfolio management. This objective includes worldwide real estate capital planning, space acquisition, space disposition, design & construction and space guidelines.
