Awais demonstrated excellence in developing a robust end-to-end billing process and ensured correct and timely billing to Sharer, revenue accounting, resolved customer queries, actively participated in SAP implementation for billing processes. He collaborated with circle teams to timely resolve billing queries and enabled timely collection and nil disputes.
Aloke has been instrumental in delivering 332 sites in Q-1 of FY 202122 displaying continuous improvement in RFAI acceptance by customer. Summit is now most preferred partner in KWB.
