Nirmalya has stayed consistently focused in business engagements with customers due to which we have been able to reach Tenancy Ratio of 1.08 in Assam and NE. She got 290 SRs and 125 SOs in Q3 FY 2021-22 and that's why she is our Employee of the Quarter.

Q-3 of FY 21-22 has witnessed Mrinal's creativity and IT skill in terms of designing two important tools Viz "Height Calculator" and " Site Location Tool" for providing excellent input to field force for easy and faster decision making. Narayana connects well with the teams in the field and has been instrumental in resolving many height related issues in AP & TL circle with site visits and his ability to convince customers on height related matters. We received 257 SRs and 143 SOs in AP & TL circle during Q3 of FY 2021-22 and he is our employee of the quarter 3.

Rajeev has taken a lead in Shifting Infra Equipment from GBM to ground base ODC thereby preventing work on height by technician and making Preventive Maintenance of equipment easy for site Technician. Improving SO to RFAI delivery timelines to 17 days also an achievement led by him.

Usmanulla has been instrumental in converting 5 sites rejected by customer to acceptable tenancies which will result in revenue of 19 Mn INR over contract period . This was possible by his detailed analysis and rigorous follow up with all stakeholders including field teams.

Harish's perseverance and determination to not lose any business has led to many low AGL sites being accepted by Airtel. He got 72 SRs and 62 SOs on a small shareable portfolio of 1300 sites in Kerala circle during Q3 of FY 2021-22 and he is our employee of the quarter 3.
