Ashish Gupta in a breakthrough initiative delivered 41 sites in Q3 of FY 21-22 by resolving height requirements and RE issues this opened the flood gates for more business opportunities in the circle. He has demonstrated drive to create Win -Win situation for Customer and Partner by providing possible solutions to customer requirements.

Kunal's relentless efforts helped deliver a record 350+ sites in NESA circle which resulted in region creating a new benchmark of 900 RFAIs . His coordination and strong field connect resulted 77 sites OnAir in the month of Feb'22 which has been appreciated by customer as well.

Sales & Marketing Karnataka Circle
Neresh carried his good performance from Q3 to Q4 as well and we received 116 SRs and 59 SOs in Karnataka circle during Q3 of FY 202122 and he is our employee of the quarter 3.

HSSE South Region
Driving consistent HSSE performance and impact across , Rajesh Ramaswamy has played a crucial role in driving Project Samarth and implementing JSP across Region South. He has also contributed towards ensuring implementation of new office safety requirements, conduct of national campaigns like National Safety Day, world environment day, etc.

& Marketing Tamil Nadu Circle
Ramesh's dedication and commitment towards his work has been exemplary for many. His hard work has been rewarded as we received 131 SRs and 152 SOs in Tamil Nadu circle during Q4 of FY 2021-22 and he is our employee of the quarter 4.

HSSE Kerala Circle
Vinoy has been a effective team player who has worked collaboratively to drive HSSE implementation across Kerala circle. Elimination of work on 2nd door of GBM, PTW digitization are some of the successful projects undertaken in Kerala circle.

SWADESH SAXENA
Swadesh Saxena exhibited initiative, ownership and accountability for delivering 117 sites in Q4 of FY 21-22 with SO to RFAI TAT of 23 days resulting in appreciation by customer. His dedication and focus on safety ensured 100% PTW compliance at all shared sites.
Cost optimization, having new offices set up which is a huge motivation for employees and also created a strong positive image of Summit among Clients (Airtel in M&G & WB), created a sense of pride for the overall function and garnered respect for Admin function from all employees thereby creating a positive impact on the organization

HSSE West Region
Tilak has been instrumental in formalizing and driving implementing of key HSSE processes like : Site HSSE inspection, Safety Scorecard and PTW for Sharing and HOTO works.
SANGHVI
Salonee played a critical role and made a significant contribution to the acquisition of Crest by Right and Preferential Issuance. It was the first such issuance by a privately placed invit in India. She had demonstrated respect in responding to multiple queries raised by SEBI and persistently responded and finally successfully obtained the approval.
