Other ways to give

Offer a Scholarship

By offering a scholarship to a musician of the Academy (soloist, ensemble, singer or sound engineer) or to a young conductor or member of the orchestra, you play an important role in the development of future talents. Scholarships may be directed to support the studies of the musician of your choice.

Host a Post-Concert Artist Dinner

A time to share Festival experiences on both a social and artistic level, the post-concert dinners bring together between 50 and 80 guests with the artists of the day in the warm atmosphere of your home or at a venue of your choice in Verbier.

Tax

advantages

The Friends of the Verbier Festival is a not-for-profit charity. This means that donations made to the Association by a legal entity or person residing in Switzerland are deemed tax deductible (subject to the regulations of the canton of residence and a maximum of 20% of net income in Switzerland).

Residents and donors from other countries may be eligible for tax breaks in their country of residence by making their donations through our partner institutions. Contact The Friends Office for details.

Provide Housing

Every year, young emerging artists come to Verbier to benefit from the teaching of the greatest masters, to hone their musical skills and to exchange creative ideas. The Academy seeks the support of enthusiasts to house its musicians, aged 16 to 32. This unique experience is often the beginning to new life-long friendships. Each year, more than 50 rooms are required.
