Dear Veritas Community,
At Veritas Christian Academy, our mission is to provide a classical Christian education that equips students with wisdom, virtue, and academic excellence to impact the world for Christ
This Mission Statement serves as true north for the Board of Trustees as we make decisionsand investments to s erve the Veritas community The Board of Trustees, as part of its standard planning process, produces a Strategic Plan every three to five years The goal of the Strategic Plan is to guide decision-making, resource allocation, and focus to bolster our strengths and make improvements where needed to deliver on our Mission It is with great excitement and anticipation that we present the 2024-2027 Strategic Plan, Achieving Excellence We are deeply committed to achieving excellence in how we deliver for our students, families, and faculty by providing the resources and leadership needed to succeed in our Mission
In this Strategic Plan, we renew our focus on equipping students with a solid foundation for life, preparing them to pursue lives of learning, service, and impact for Christ’s kingdom Guided by our five core values Classical Tradition, Academic Excellence, Character Development, Biblical Literacy, and Intentional Engagement we aim to continue building on our legacy while boldly pursuing new goals that will shape the future of Veritas
The Strategic Plan is centered on five key initiatives, each with supporting areas of focus that the Board of Trustees reviews regularly to ensure progress toward excellence Execution across these strategic initiatives will ensure we are delivering the highest standard in classical Christian education, developing a premiere faculty, and creating a strong community to serve as a foundation of excellence for today and generations to come
