Today across the United States, thousands of Veterans are homeless or living in crisis. Veterans Community Project was founded by a group of combat Veterans who believe no man or woman should be left behind. Since 2016, VCP has quickly grown to provide critical support services to over 4,300 Kansas City metro-area Veterans in need. And we’re just getting started. This November, we will celebrate a major milestone: VCP’s 5th anniversary. The House Party, VCP’s signature event, is our opportunity to say “thank you” to all who have joined us on this mission to end Veteran homelessness. We are excited to announce that The House Party’s 2021 Honorary Chair is Ulysses L. “Junior” Bridgeman, Founder of Heartland Coca Cola Bottling Company. Heartland has been part of the VCP family from the very beginning, sponsoring a tiny house in VCP Village and generously keeping our Veterans well-supplied with their favorite Coke beverages. Your sponsorship of The House Party allows us to continue the mission, ensuring more Veterans have access to housing, emergency resources, employment supports, and most importantly, a hope for the future. Please review the list of sponsor benefits, including a meaningful volunteer experience at VCP Village for you or your company. Thank you in advance for your generosity and care. We look forward to celebrating with you in November!
