Since 2020, Veterans Community Project (VCP) of Longmont has served more than 600 at-risk and homeless Veterans across the Front Range. Our Outreach team has supported Veterans with everything from obtaining discharge paperwork to in-depth case management, helping with challenges like food insecurity, connection to mental and physical health services, and securing permanent housing solutions. Armed with the support of the community, VCP has already helped to permanently house more than 100 Veterans in Colorado.
In the fall of September 2023, VCP moved in its first Village residents adding the final piece of wrap-around services to provide transitional housing with dignity alongside onsite intensive case-management support. The Village is now home to six Veterans working on tackling their barriers to housing, and will, when it’s complete, be able to house 26 Veterans and their families during their transition from homeless to permanently housed.

VCP is excited to welcome back 3B, VCP Longmont’s signature event for a fourth year. Since 2021 this event has gathered over 200 community and civic leaders annually to raise mission-critical funds and enjoy a beautiful Colorado evening together.
This year, VCP is teaming up with Left Hand Brewing Company to throw a western themed beer garden party that is sure to be the Longmont event of the year. BOOTS, BEERS, AND BALES celebrates Veterans and the community that support them in a way only VCP can.
