COMMUNITY PA RT N E R S H I P OPPORTUNITIES
BE INSPIRED. SHARE OUR PASSION. GET INVOLVED. Veterans Community Project (VCP) was founded in 2015 by a group of combat Veterans in Kansas City, Missouri who determined to stand in the gaps of a broken system that left too many of our brothers and sisters behind. Since its grassroots beginning, VCP has been the community’s project. We are privately funded and fueled by an army of volunteers who are passionate about serving those who took the oath to defend our country. For the last 4 years, all eyes have been on Kansas City as VCP developed and executed a new support strategy that can effectively end Veteran homelessness. As we continue to grow these programs and services in Kansas City, our national expansion team is scouting new places to plant the VCP flag. Our goal is to serve Veterans in 8 cities across the country by the end of 2022. Corporate allies are a vital part of this effort, allowing us to respond swiftly and efficiently to both community needs and new opportunities. We strive to create mutually beneficial partnerships that connect sponsors to other civic and business leaders and create meaningful employee engagement experiences. We invite you to “stand to” and join us for another exciting, fast-paced year. Enclosed you will find information about our two signature events, Camo Classic and The House Party, as well as an important new initiative: Team 49. Thank you in advance for your action and support. We look forward to a great year ahead.
Bryan Meyer, CEO and Co-Founder
OUR MISSION: Veterans Community Project is dedicated to supporting every man and woman who took the oath for our country. We are determined to make a difference in the lives of homeless Veterans, a task accomplished by the community for the community.

TEAM 49 is an exclusive group of businesses and individuals who serve those who served us by supporting the life-changing work of VCP Village in Kansas City, Missouri. Once their desired goals are met, VCP assists the Veteran in securing a permanent housing solution. The Veteran is allowed to take the entire contents of the tiny home as they transition to a new life.
