2. In the top right of your browser, select the three vertical dots:

4. After you select “Add to Home screen,” name the shortcut Heartland 2023.

5. Once saved, you will then be asked to add this to your home screen like an app.

Transportation to and from Heartland events, hotels, and education venues within Waterloo is provided while attending the conference. Designated pickup and drop-off spots are at the venues, and bus schedules are posted at conference hotels and are available by scanning the QR code on the back of your name badge. You can request a ride to a destination in Waterloo by downloading our ride hailing app, stopping by Guest Services, or going to the website (that you should save to your home screen) and using our ride scheduler.

To use the ride hailing feature, download the Taxi Booker App.

When you open for the first time, enter company name HEARTLAND.

Select: Make A Booking Select: Menu top left corner Sign In or Create an Account.

Select the Pick Up location field and either type in your location or select from prepopulated points of interest.

Rides are free. No credit card info needed.

Set Pick Up and Drop Off locations. After you click “set drop off,” you will come to a summary screen where you select BOOK.

You can book your ride at the kiosk stand located at Guest Services. Rides are free. Once you book, you can track the driver’s whereabouts.
