ruitastic smoothies FRUIT OATMEAL BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE: Ingredients: 1 cup vanilla soy milk, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 banana, 1/2 apple, 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional). In a blender combine soy milk, banana, apple and oats (add sugar if required). Blend till smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
