Soaking Oats

Oats are one of the meals which are full of fiber content. You are advised to soak these oats overnight in water. While cooking them in the breakfast, you can add 2 to 3 cups of yogurt or milk, so that you can don’t feel clumsy ad drowsy whole day. You can also add fruits like apple and banana into it.


Marinated Mushrooms You need to slice the mushrooms (as per your wish). Once you’ve sliced it, then just pour the oil and soya sauce over the mushrooms and gently stir it for about five minutes. Once you’re done with it, then all you need to add some spices and salt as per your needs. You can have this dish with soup as well.


Sunflower Crackers It is a snack which you can have it during the evenings also. It needs 2 cups of soaked sunflower seeds, 1 cup of flax meal, ½ tbsp of olive oil and ½ cup of water. All you need is to blend the seeds and add the rest of the ingredients, until you get a nice workable mixture. To add taste into it, you can also sprinkle sesame seeds.
