THIS EVERGREEN PROECT’S GOAL IS TO PRESERVE AND CONSTRUCT AN INTERACTIVE TIMELINE TO UNVEIL DURING BLACK HISTORY MONTH 2023. THIS TIMELINE WILL AUGMENT THE ROLLOUT OF MANDATORY ETHNIC STUDIES IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS K-16 IN CALIFORNIA AND PROVIDE FACT BASED RESEARCH AND STUDY ON ISSUES SUCH AS CRITICAL RACE THEORY. DAKAR ALSO HAS A RICH ARCHIVE OF DOTA TUSKEGEE AIRMEN INTERVIEWS, CONNECTED WITH A RESEARCH AND RESCUE MISSION ENTITLED, THE FALLEN 66.
•We have a 5-pronged approach: To establish pride through lineage, mentor young men and women through adulthood. •We expose the young adults to the positive role and real models and mentors providing them with opportunities for internships and jobs, exposing them to history lessons that connect them to successes-Mentors, to help them learn those lessons that might have been missing. •We recognize that today's world is a world of faceless leaders, Social Media allows linking our kids to the world. So we use that as a tool, giving them opportunities to interface with people their age and adult leaders. •We meet the students where they are. Television, movies, and other visual media. We use these job opportunities to put them in front of behind and in the production of media. •We recognize that many are involved in trying to assist the underserved. To ensure that we are leveraging opportunities to cover as many young adults as possible, we fuse with other community partners: fraternities.

Set Up-Production/Student Apprenticeship
This venue is our award-winning University Theatre. In addition to being the largest venue on the Cal State Dominguez Hills Campus, it's where most of the Theatre Arts plays are produced. The University Theatre opened in 1973 and has been a fixture of the Dominguez Hills Campus ever since. The University Theatre has a scene shop, state of the art lighting and sound systems, men & women dressing rooms, offices, a box office, and a comfortable lobby. Our University Theatre can fill a maximum number of 444 seats for Lectures, Cultural Programs, Plays, Concerts, and Dance recitals.
Overview • Dakar will present an Homage to Black patriots past and present with augmented with a 30 minutes screening of the 2011 NAACP Image Award winner For Outstanding Documentary, For Love Of Liberty (FLOL), and repurpose the companion curriculum and lesson plan for collegiate study with new immersive media tools. This is the 10th year Anniversary of the projects airing and implementation for military recruitment. Special Tribute to Colin Powell who was contributing talent to FLOL. This iteration has a two-pronged approach: •1. Demonstrate passion and continued capability to Broadcast events of interest to the Patriots of America to influence the underserved parts of America, with emphasis on Ethnic Studies, certified by the Department of Education, California, and to ratify in each individual state for graduation milestones.
•2. Capture data such as documented, and verified performance of lecture material from the collegiate modules, and demonstrate an advanced capability to fuse multiple social media networks and capture associated data for potential future use.
Where, Where and How • When : February ,2022 • Where: JP Morgan Chase, CSUDH, AUDACY STUDIO, John Bassineli • How: JP Morgan Chase provide 20 X 20 Studio area with standard multi-media streaming capability. • Capable of broadcasting event according to specifics of Dakar w/o other participants required on screen. • JP Morgan Chase will provide media infrastructure support for broadcast, but Dakar needs to provide hardware and software.
Components • What: Movie and Discussion Q&A with Ret BG Bray, the meaning of Blood and Treasure Contributions of Minorities and impact of Diversity on this Nation (BHM) • When: TBD • Who: Retired BG Gordon-Bray, Dr. Salters, others TBD
• How: Showing of Movie, For Love of Liberty followed by discussion of meaning of the movie but contrasting and referencing it to diversity issues today.
STEAMS-CERTIFIED 1. DoD Fellowship Dakar to select the 10 students by mid-January. 6-week program beginning late January commencing through Black History Month For AAR. Students take 2 course = 20 hours •
Hiring company: receives resumes of all students and would be able to select from group to offer a paid internship with Dakar
