Virtual Production VFX Stand: Partners would being in their new Virtual Production Software and XDCAM to live stream the event and host a series of guest interviews to talk about the future of various emerging technologies. Attendees can be see how to technology works and do a Demo livestream in another area of the booth.

Interactions: Interview Area: This is the area where we will be doing guest interviews with attendees and guest speakers we invited to share their experience of YoMo and XR.Attendees are welcome to watch these interviews and sign up to be interviewed. Demo Area: This is the space where Vendor showcases the cameras and software behind the Virtual Production being filmed in the interview area. Attendees can learn how to hold, operate and film with a selection of camera equipment. They can test the cameras by filming the various subjects we set up within demo area. We also have space where we show the differences between old streaming compared to Sony’s new streaming equipment.

Ancestral Waze Demo a Father and Son's VR Video Game and use Unity to edit and produce a test level at their stand. Visitors can demo both the VR and Mobile version of the game, “Ancestral ways,� as well as go through a level development workshop in unity with the developers at this booth.

Magic Leap Magic Leap's AR Stand will feature headsets and other tools for exploring spatial computing and Augmented Reality gameplay. Visitors can use headsets to play a variety of games and demo building an asset in Unity for an AR Game. For the younger students, they can watch the AR gameplay through displays and demo placing 3D objects into the real world.

They will teach visitors how to use the headsets and play AR based Games. All gameplay will be shown on displays for others to view. Spacial Programming Demo Area: Reps will host AR Demos throughout the day. Visitors can sign up for them. All equipment and laptops will be supplied to them for the workshops by Magic Leap. AT&T’s XR Winners Speak with AT&T’s Film Award Winners! View the content they made: “I AM A MAN” VR Experience, “RÉSILIENCE” Mobile Phone Movie and “SELF” the 1st place winning film. Visitors can experience the VR experience and film content that won the AT&T film awards. Take part in a workshop to learn basic film techniques to use for your phone and with film quality camera equipment.

LA County Arts Collective LA County Arts Collective’s, “Youth Advisory Council,” stand will feature a showcase of the artistic solutions they’re developing for spreading arts education to all student across LA County’s 81 school districts. We would include a workshop for learning how to think artistically to develop a solution for spreading arts education. Finally, we would have an area where students can fill out surveys we wrote to collect data for the regional plan; as these students are from across LA County.

Showcase Area: Visitors can view various artistic ideas/solutions that are being developed by members of the Youth Advisory Council, for making a positive impact across LA County Students. They can ask and engage the Reps at the event on the Regional Plan. Workshop Area: We would include a workshop for learning how to think artistically to develop a solutions for making a positive impacts across LA County Students. Contribution Area: Visiting students can fill out surveys to help us develop the regional plan and artistic solutions.
