MAPLE SYRUP SALES The sugar house is in operation during Maple Surgain’ Days (generally in February annually and dependent on the weather). Approximately 2,500 maple trees are tapped throughout the park. Sap is collected and routed to an authentic log cabin where maple syrup is produced, bottled, and sold. Maple syrup and maple cream can also be purchased in the Vigo County Parks and Recreation Department Administrative Office.
