Norm for Parking Parking space shall be provided for different types of development as per norms given in concerned Master Plan/Development Plan or as given below: The following table may be referred for deciding the parking norms for different use zone/activities depending upon local vehicle ownership, mass transportation and parking needs. Only one value of ECS and NOT a range should be specified in the development plan. It should fall within the range indicated and can be change in subsequent plan depending upon need.
