Residential Plotted Colony:a) Plotted Area – maximum 55 % of the area the colony Commercial Area- 4% Remaining Area- Common utilities like Roads, Community buildings like schools, hospitals , utility buildings/sites and open spaces. b) Minimum Road width - 12 meters. c) EWS: - 20% of the plots are to be reserved for EWS , housing with a minimum plot size of 50 sq. mtrs. d) No Profit No Loss- 25% of the total plots (rate prescribed by the Director). Size of NPNL plots ranges between 125 sq. mtrs to 225 sq. mtrs. e) Density:- The population to be achieved in the colony cannot exceed beyond the designated densities in the Development Plan.
