OUR STORY We specialise in vacation rentals and real estate. Located in Malaga city, we have been in the holiday rental business for more than 10 years and we have an excellent real estate portfolio. All our apartments are decorated and furnished in a modern and original style, where comfort and convenience are the priority for our guests during their holidays or days of rest in our city. We offer to the owners of the homes, (which we have in portfolio), full management of their property, to obtain the greatest profitability with the least effort.

The collaborative economy is booming in today’s society. Two years ago the concept of coworking was introduced, which is understood as sharing the workspace with other people with whom you have no professional relationship. When this fashion was established in our country, no one imagined that it would work well and that it would soon become a formula used by many.
02 But times are evolving and coworking has taken a step further. A formula that is already winning in other European countries is now being implemented in the big cities: the Co-living. The aim is to live in the same building, with a reduced space of privacy (a small room) and common areas that encourage collaboration and interaction between the inhabitants. In short, to create a “community�. Everything arises out of a need, to unite people with common interests who can feed back on their knowledge. Each Co-living has its own philosophy and is aimed at a type of audience.

“Co-living” is going to give a lot to talk about in Spain. It is halfway between the shared rental and the student residences. Its tenants are willing to pay more than any room in a shared apartment in central Madrid or Barcelona (which is around 400 and 500 euros on average per month). They fork out a minimum of 750€ per month for a bedroom with bathroom, measuring no more than 8 to 12 m2, which means that they pay 87.5% more. They pay 2,000€ per one room apartment. Why? “Co-living is a new way of living in which young entrepreneurs and creatives live in a private part of the building, but have access to public areas where they connect with the community”.
