A little piece of heaven
Welsh for ‘Golden Hillside’ and the name of both the site and one of the log cabins, Bron-Yr-Aur is the perfect name for this little piece of heaven in Snowdonia. Whether you’re looking for a tranquil bolt-hole to escape from the rigours of daily life or family-friendly accommodation close to a wide range of outdoor activities, Bron-YrAur offers the very best of both worlds. Choose from a two-bed cabin that sleeps up to six, or a three-bed cabin sleeping up to eight,

both offering spectacular views over the Rhinog mountain range.
On your doorstep
Within very easy reach is Snowdonia, an area of stunning natural beauty offering a wealth of activities. However, if you are looking for peace and quiet, the wooden-clad, super-insulated cabins are warm and cosy in the winter and cool in the summer. In addition to books and DVD’s, there is also Sky TV with Freeview. There is also a lovely pub serving fantastic homemade food just five minutes’ walk from the cabins
First hand recommendation.
Janet from The Village Emporium has stayed at Bron-Yr-Aur with her family: “‘Wicked bunk beds!’ was our girls’ verdict!” she explains. “It was cosy and personal and even in the middle of winter the cabin was warm, feeling more like a home than a holiday let. It was also perfectly located for exploring Snowdonia National Park, plus mountain biking and a high ropes activity area at nearby Coed-y-Brenin. “The coast isn’t far; Dolgellau, Barmouth, Harlech, Portmeirion and Porthmadog are all within easy reach. “There are also great facilities on-site; in particular the shop. Plus, dogs are allowed, so you really can bring the whole family!”

Feature Lots of men will be heading off to florists in February but have you ever wondered why we give flowers? The Victorians were a rather coy bunch not given to brazen declarations of love, so a whole language sprang up around flowers and plants with special meanings attached to each variety. The language was called floriography. So flowers could be used to express almost any sentiment and in combination they could convey a whole range of emotions.
The Language of Flowers
Try saying it with flowers this Valentine’s Day with our handy guide.
Flower meanings Red rose - Passionate love White rose - Eternal love or innocence Pink rose - Perfect happiness or please believe me Orchid - Love, beauty and refinement Apple blossom - Preference, good fortune Begonia - Beware! Bluebell - Humility Pink carnation - I’ll never forget you Yellow carnation - Disdain, rejection Iris - Faith hope and wisdom Ivy - Fidelity Primrose - I can’t live without you or young love

Spires & Squires
Feature
Derek Blunt has lived and worked in Northamptonshire all his life and can trace his family, all living in and around Northampton since the early 1500’s - so can truly claim to be a Northamptonian. After working for the County Council for over 30 years mainly providing services for the elderly and disabled; at the age of 50 he set up his own travel company, ‘Carefree Holidays’ to help elderly and disabled people enjoy just that – a ‘Carefree’ holiday. On retirement at the age of 70 he was able to devote more of his time to his many hobbies including walking, gardening, sketching, painting, DIY, travelling, watching football, playing bowls, visiting stately homes and parish churches. He even found a new hobby as a writer. Who says retirement is boring?
plus about one hundred settlements mentioned in the Domesday Book which have either disappeared completely or have become deserted or shrunken over the centuries. Let ‘Spires and Squires’ take you on a journey through our lovely County which in many respects is one of England’s hidden gems – almost, it seems unwilling to make itself known to a wider public. With a few exceptions you will not find Northamptonshire on any Tourist Trail. Although being landlocked with no mountains and few areas of outstanding natural beauty there are many attractive villages and superb buildings among which are numerous beautiful Parish Churches and a considerable number of stately homes. Of the almost 300 churches included in ‘Landmarks’ almost a third has a spire, which feature prominently particularly along the Nene Valley.
Derek published his first book - ‘Landmarks’ – Parish Churches in Northamptonshire in November 2011 which proved to be very popular. He has again put pen to paper and is pleased to announce the publication of his second book entitled Northamptonshire County of ‘Spires and Squires’, ‘Landmarks’ featured every parish church in the County and the main churches in the towns. ‘Spires and Squires’ features all the towns and villages in the County
18
Among the most majestic are those at Oundle, Rushden, Higham Ferrers, Middleton Cheney and Kings Sutton, all of which rise high above the surrounding houses. Some spires have been lost over the years mainly on account of neglect or lightning strikes. Most notable losses are those at Rothwell, Moulton and Little Harrowden. Although most churches are ancient, spires did not start to appear until the late 13th century. Churches are free to visit and if they are not open a key holder can usually be found nearby.
Please mention The Village Emporium when responding to adverts
Feature With a few exceptions Stately Homes in the County date from about the 16th century at a time when wealth was being re-distributed following the Dissolution of the Monasteries and honours were bestowed on prominent figures in the field of law, politics and royal favour. In a number of instances such as Holdenby and Kirby, grand houses were built in the hope of hosting the monarch. Others were rebuilt on the site of earlier buildings, whereas some were enlarged in accordance with the newly acquired status of their owners. Most villages had a Squire and a ‘Big House’ and although many of the Houses have been lost over the years particularly following neglect during and after the Second World War the County still has a large number although many have been converted into residential apartments and are therefore off limits to the general public. A number are still family homes and others are maintained by a Charitable Trust. The most important for the visitor are Boughton House (Duke of Buccleuch) Althorp House (Lord Spencer) and Sulgrave Manor (Washington). Others open occasionally to the public include Deene (Brudenell) Stanford on Avon (Cave) Cottesbrooke (Macdonald Buchanan) and Southwick (Capron).
Why not get out and about and discover Northamptonshire, its heritage, its churches and its ‘Spires and Squires’. ‘Landmarks’ retails at £15.99 of which £2 per copy goes to the Churches Conservation Trust. ‘Spires and Squires’ which is a 478 page hardback with an attractive dust cover retails at £25 of which £3 per copy goes to the work of the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance.
Of the grand houses lost forever the most impressive must have been Holdenby (forerunner of the present Hall) and Pytchley Hall. Kirby Hall is a romantic and preserved ruin and together with Apethorpe Hall is now cared for by English Heritage. Canons Ashby House is protected for posterity by the National Trust. Overstone Hall on the other hand (damaged in a fire in 2001) is a sad and decaying sight. Some Stately Homes are so secluded that the traveller rarely sees them, whereas a number open their doors to visitors at certain times on payment of an admission charge to help cover maintenance costs. As far as the villages themselves are concerned you are free to wander almost at will and the most attractive parts are often those off the beaten track. My visits to every town and village in the County have sometimes been quite exhausting but nevertheless very rewarding. Although I have lived and worked in the County all my life I have come across many attractive buildings and unusual sights that I did not know existed.
Books can be purchased through good bookshops including Hunts Bookshop, 1 Chapel Street, Rugby or can be ordered through his website www.derekfblunt.com or via his email derekfblunt@sky.com. In view of the high cost of postage he is happy to deliver free of charge to any Northamptonshire address.

Set up feeding stations High energy foods like stale cake, biscuits, pastry, pasta and potato are enjoyed by many birds. Raisins and other dried fruit are welcomed by Blackbirds and Thrushes. Most garden centres stock a variety of proprietary bird seed and nuts which appeal across the species but don’t forget to scatter some under hedges for shy birds like Dunnocks and Wrens who prefer to feed on the ground. Make sure fresh water is available It’s important for drinking and bathing. Once you’ve created a welcoming environment it’s time to sit back and take part in The Big Garden Birdwatch run by the RSPB (Royal Society for the Protection of Birds). Simply spend an hour recording how many birds and which species visit your garden on either the 26th or 27th of January and submit your results online at the address below. Not only will the results will be analysed and published on the site but you’ll get the warm glow that comes from knowing you’ve done your bit for bird conservation. Visit www.rspb.org.uk/birdwatch

Five best diet changes A new year - a new start. How can you start improving your diet and your chances of leading a healthier lifestyle? First – eat breakfast! After many hours without food our bodies need refuelling to bring the blood sugar back up and ensure the brain and muscles are functioning properly. Eating breakfast aids concentration and creates energy. Drink more water We lose on average 2-4 litres of water a day, which needs to be replaced. Current advice is to drink 6-8 glasses daily to ensure that our brain, blood and muscles are able to function at their best. Eat more fruit and vegetables. Their vitamins and minerals boost the immune system, whilst antioxidants fight cancer and disease, and fibre cleanses the gut. We should eat five portions per day. Eat less red meat Reduce the risk of bowel and other cancers. Health experts suggest 500g per week (the equivalent of one steak, one pork chop, 2 sausages and a portion of Bolognese sauce) or 70g per day (three rashes of bacon). Eat more consciously Take time to really taste and savour the food in your mouth. Be aware of the textures and flavours - and chances are you will enjoy your food more whilst eating less of it! Remember, you are what you eat. Eat healthy, be healthy!

New Year, New Leaf
For many of us, January represents an opportunity for new beginnings. Even if we don’t manage to keep to every one of our New Year Resolutions, it’s a time when we feel like we can make a fresh start and approach life with renewed vigour. Sometimes, though, those fresh starts are more complicated than starting a new diet or sticking to a savings plan. It’s a sad fact, but Christmas is the holiday that tests marriages and family relationships to the limit. Spending time together should be something to look forward to, but factor in awkward relations, worries about costs, and arguments that happen after a few glasses of wine, it’s no wonder that Christmas pushes some couples right over the edge.
time of the year. After a difficult family Christmas, the desire for a fresh start in January can be truly life changing. Amanda Weaver, of Rugby based New Leaf Solicitors says “Problems that normally simmer under the surface come to a head when families are forced together at Christmas. If someone has been unhappy in their relationship, Christmas rows are often the last straw and they start the New Year determined to do something about it. January is traditionally the most common time to start divorce proceedings. ” New Leaf Solicitors specialises in Family Law, guiding couples through the divorce process and helping sort out all the issues that arise from financial settlements to contact and living arrangements for children of separated parents. Amanda, at New Leaf Solicitors, knows that divorce can be a messy business, and provides practical and proactive advice to take as much of the pain away as possible.

New year, new hobby Eat healthily, start exercising, get more sleep… As you list your usual New Year resolutions, why not add in something fun for once? January is the perfect time to lift your spirits out of a winter slump by starting a new hobby, and there have never been so many activities to try. derby – a fast-paced contact sport where teams race to lap the opposition as they skate around the track. If you fancy using your mind more than your body, you could learn a new language in preparation for a foreign holiday perhaps. Or build on an existing interest by joining a photography class or book group. Music can reduce stress and improve your mood, so why not dust off that instrument you haven’t touched for years and join an amateur orchestra? Choirs are increasingly popular and you’re sure to find a range of musical styles available. To narrow down your choice, think about what you’d like to add your life. Do you want to meet more people? Be more active? Learn a skill? Get creative? You may want to develop something that you are already interested in, or try something completely new. Look around to find out what’s going on. Your adult education centre and library will be able to help, and you’ll find information in cafés, newsagents, community centres and local magazines. If you were inspired by the 2012 Olympics, you could try a new sport or exercise class, but getting fit doesn’t have to mean sport. Why not follow the Strictly contestants and sample the benefits of ballroom dancing or Zumba, or simply aim to get out more and enjoy the countryside? Geocaching is an exciting new outdoor activity that the whole family can enjoy. It’s essentially a high-tech treasure hunt. Another new trend is roller

Crafts have had a real boost lately, with knitting and sewing groups setting up all over the country. Jewellery and card-making are also satisfying. You can get started quite cheaply and pick up the basics quickly. The bonus is that you get to keep the end result, or give it as a gift. You also have the potential to earn money by selling your creations. Increased access to computers means that we can get involved in a whole host of new communities without even leaving the house. Many of us enjoy researching our family trees and finding the facts behind our memories. It’s also easy to use social networks to track down old school friends and colleagues that we’ve lost touch with. And if none of these is for you, how about foraging, meditation, wine-tasting, line-dancing, magic tricks, bee-keeping, historical re-enactments, home baking…the list really is endless!

Cloudy2Clear – A Simple Way To Save Money Cloudy2Clear Windows, the Northampton based window repair company, are revolutionising how homeowners view double glazing in our area. The company which specialises in repairing windows which are steamed up, broken or damaged by replacing the panes – not the frames has grown rapidly as customers take advantage of their services. Managing Director Trevor Skidmore is more than happy to explain the process. ‘Our product is simple. If your double glazing is misted up we can replace the glass at a fraction of the cost of a new window, in any type of frame, and with a new 5 year guarantee. I find people are amazed at just
how simple the process is and the speed with which we can replace the glass. This isn’t like when you have new frames put in with people levering out the old ones with loads of mess. We can pop the old glass out and deliver, effectively, a brand new window within a matter of minutes. At the end of the day most frames, even timber ones, will last forever. It’s very rare we come across a window that needs a full replacement and that means the customer gets, effectively, a new window at a fraction of the cost.’
www.cloudy2clear.co.uk. For example, he recently completed an installation at Mr Miners house in Northampton. Here’s what he had to say. ‘I have to say that I thought the service Cloudy2Clear offer compared to having completely new windows absolutely incredible value. The service was reliable, simple and without complication.
The windows look absolutely brilliant and installation was incredibly quick. Thank you!’ High praise indeed! So, if your windows are steamed up, broken or damaged give Trevor a call for a free quotation on 0800 61 21 118 and he’ll be more than happy to help!
Trevor is rightly proud too of comments he receives back from satisfied customers, a selection of which he has put on his website

The secrets most window companies don’t want us to know For years double glazing firms have had it their own way. Often charging customers thousands for new windows when a replacement part is all they need. And that’s hitting households hard at a time when every penny counts. Fortunately that era has come to an end. National window, door and conservatory repair specialists, WindowGeeks, has now opened in Northants, giving local home owners access to a real moneysaving option. In fact, the average single repair or replacement undertaken by WindowGeeks is less than £65. The business is owned by Daventry-based, Rick Holling, who joins dozens of other WindowGeeks franchisees throughout the country. But while his company provides a service that has mass appeal, Rick admits the public isn’t always aware of what
it does. “It’s such a great idea. Everyone I speak to loves what we do, but most of them didn’t know it was available,” he says. “By fixing or replacing only the broken parts, our customers get something that is as good as new and save a small fortune in the process.” Economic appeal aside, Rick says there are plenty of other areas in which WindowGeeks has distinguished itself: “I’m a local business owner and customers deal with me,” he says. “And as a WindowGeeks franchisee, I’m part of a recognised national brand with a trusted reputation. One that offers a ten-year guarantee on all its glass and sources products at the lowest prices around.” Contact WindowGeeks today on 0800 61 22 943 or visit www.windowgeeks.co.uk

“Just as the clothes we wear need regular washing to keep them fresh and hygienic, carpets and upholstered need periodic
“Accumulated soil and grit are major causes of reduced carpet life and enable destructive and health harmful mites and bacteria to work unchecked. Cleaning costs are minimal when you consider the replacement cost of carpets and furnishings so regular cleaning makes economic sense too.”

2013 – unlucky for some?
Some people are just lucky. Right? Wrong! You have to create your own luck. While luck isn’t an exact science, there are certainly ways you can make yourself luckier. Here are a few tips for making your own luck.
Take control of your actions and your life Have you ever heard “If I’d have gone to University, I’d have got a better job” or “If it hadn’t been for the economic downturn, I’d still be in business”. People who say “If it hadn’t been for…” are in danger of attributing lack of success to external factors. Accept that where you are in life is a direct result of the actions you have taken and you are on course to change your luck. Many events are out of our control - but the way we respond to them isn’t. Even if we can’t control what happens to us, we can control how we react to it, and, therefore the results. Putting this into practice: Start by taking 100% responsibility for what you say and
56
do. Good or bad. Stop saying “I should, I ought not to, I will try”. They leave room for failure. Instead use “I chose not to, I have decided to, I will”.
Get some stickability “Thousands of people could have done the same thing that Bill Gates did, at the same time. But they didn’t...How many of them changed their life plans and cut their sleep to near zero, essentially inhaling food so as not to let eating interfere with work to throw themselves into writing Basic for the Altair? How many defied their parents, dropped out of college and moved to Albuquerque to work with the Altair? That’s not luck, that’s return on luck.”* *Jim Collins writing for the New York Times How many of us have abandoned study courses, or have barely used sports equipment in the cupboard? How different could your life have been if you had stuck with one of those half-finished projects? Kept up that language and you could have had a job in linguistics. Kept up the sports and you could have had a great hobby that helped you get a work/life balance. Putting this into practice: Start fewer things, but see them through. It doesn’t all have to be about your career either!

Feature Take more risks People who consider themselves lucky tend to take more chances, strike up more conversations with strangers, and follow more job leads. Instead of telling themselves: “There’s not a cat in hell’s chance” they tell themselves “maybe I should give it a go”. And they get stuff—good stuff, like an upgrade to business class (simply because they asked for it), or a promotion (they had the confidence to ask for a sit-down with the boss). And it gets better: Good outcomes increase the belief that you can accomplish whatever you set out to do, which fuels an appetite for future risk. Putting this into practice: Ask yourself this: What’s the worse that can happen if I try this and fail? Chances are, it isn’t all that bad. Then ask yourself: “What will I regret more months or even years down the road: taking the risk or playing it safe?” You already know the answer to that.
Brush off failure Yes, failure sucks. But if you’re going to let a critic’s harsh words take you out of the game—or make you reconsider your goal—you’re making a serious mistake. An important trait among lucky people is that they don’t get terribly fazed when something doesn’t go according to plan, and they tend to move quickly to the next step.
Consider yourself lucky Want to improve your luck? It could be as easy as adjusting your attitude. Studies show that people who consider themselves lucky actually tend to be—it’s a selffulfilling prophecy. That’s because positive thinkers are always keeping their eyes peeled for fortuitous situations, and they’re more likely to jump on them when they arise. It’s a numbers game: If you believe you have a good shot at winning, you’re more likely to participate in something. The more you take advantage of these chance opportunities, the more you improve your odds. Putting this into practice: Go to that social event, enter that competition, try that new class, make that phone call. The more you do, the more chances there are for lucky coincidences.
James Dyson worked for years on his Dyson vacuum cleaner before his concept was taken seriously. It took him 5 years and 5127 prototypes to get it right. In his words “that’s 5126 failures. But I learned from each one. That’s how I came up with a solution. So I don’t mind failure.” Putting this into practice: Instead of sulking over a setback, use it to your advantage. Remember, life’s little roadblocks aren’t the end, they’re opportunities to tweak your talents and iron out the kinks so you can try again.

Your garden
Get your garden in shape with a nice ‘ n ‘ friendly company.
Your own Wonder of the World Did you know that landscape gardening started with the Egyptians in 16th century BC? Ancient tomb paintings depict lotus ponds surrounded by symmetrical rows of palms and acacias. Persia was also a civilisation noted for its ornamental horticulture; although perhaps purely legendary, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon was one of the seven Wonders of the World. Of course, landscape gardening is no longer purely for the wealthy aristocracy and doesn’t have to be planned down to the last intricate detail; no matter whether we have a postage stamp or acres of land, everyone can enjoy the beauty, vibrance and tranquility of a well planned and maintained garden. There may be more reasons to landscape your garden than just the visual aspect, you may be looking to enhance the value of your property, create a safer environment for family and pets. Whatever your reasons, now is the time to start thinking about your ideals for springtime.

The armchair gardener “Oh darling, the borders look so tired. I do wish you could have spent more time on them in the Autumn”. Comes a peace shattering exclamation from the kitchenas I throw another log on the grate and pour the remains of this seasons sloe gin into a large wet Sunday shaped glass. My attention is drawn to an article on the great winterGardens of the Victorian age. I wonder if scrooge would have spared a penny and visited such a place and revelled in exotic plant species from afar, Exhibitions drawn from the continent, elegant ballrooms and bars all housed underneath the latest glass and wrought iron structure. From my armchair perspective, I begin to wonder if our winter beaten square metres could reflect a little of that Victorian exuberance. Architectural form is called for to reflect a strong structural presence to support this winter wonderland, punctuating axis and directing movement through the garden. Try planting the silver birch Betula utilis var. jacquemontii. Its white flaky bark contrasts well with fresh red stems of the Dog wood Cornus alba sibirica or alternatively try Acer griseum, copper coloured bark
60
contrasted with the evergreen shrub Euonymus fortunei ‘Emerald Gaiety which can be regularly cloud pruned. Once the door is open, charm the audience by weaving a colourful winter Narrative through the borders. Use the broad glossy leaves of Bergenia ‘Sunningdale’, tinged red by winter cold, mixed with the arrow like foliage of Arum italicum. Create individual rooms and corridors that manipulate the pace of flow with tightly clipped evergreen hedging such as Yew, Box or even Holly. Thick, Dark lush walls joined at the ground with carpets of hellebores and Cyclamen hederifolium foliage. Plant to induce mystery by discretely planting Viburnum ‘Bodnantense Dawn’. Its richly fragrant perfume could only have come from another continent yet to Be discovered in your winter garden. “Well darling, do you think we can do anything about it”. comes a blinding reminder from the kitchen. “Yes dear but not today, How about a top up”. Business & IT There’s never been a better time to
try something new!
e to n might be a good tim io ss ce re e th y wh s 7 reason set up on your own
We all remember the so-called sub-prime lending fiasco and the global recession that ensued. But following the panic, an entrepreneurial spirit has gripped our nation. The number of new businesses in the UK grew by 180,000 last year. And with surveys showing that up to three-quarters of us have, at one time or another, dreamt of working for ourselves - what’s stopping you?
1. Everything is cheaper at the moment From land and equipment to commercial office space and personnel, everything costs less at the moment. Take advantage and get set up now.
2. There is a lot of talent out there In an era when even Microsoft is laying off, there are a lot of talented workers out there looking for their next opportunity.

3. Help is at hand The Government is desperate to help entrepreneurs and new start-ups to help kick-start our stagnant economy. Numerous schemes and initiatives have been launched, from trying to force more banks to lend more money to businesses, to start-up incentives and grants.
Please mention The Village Emporium when responding to adverts
Business & IT
4. Businesses like using contractors Many companies are cutting their permanent workforce and relying on contractors to pick up work on a project-by-project basis. If you offer a service, this could mean a real opportunity for you. You may well have lower overheads too, which means that your prices can be competitive.
5. There’s less competition from the big boys The recession means that large companies are not willing to risk investing in new products or ideas right now. This creates an opportunity for smaller companies to take this business from them. If you can identify a niche product or gap in the service market that nobody is tapping into right now, then this could be the time to develop a business for yourself.
6. Start-up media has never been better, or cheaper All the things you need to start a business: logo design, brochures, letterheads, business cards, websites - even advertising space - used to cost a fortune. But the birth of digital printing, social media and royalty free stock imagery has helped change all that. Local companies offer start-up packages as a one-stop shop to get you up and running.

7. If you’ve lost your job, you have nothing to lose... Sometimes, the best business decision is the one you are forced into, and the incentive for income is often enough to push those previously “on the fence” to take the plunge. Still not sure? Microsoft, Dyson and Hewlett Packard all started in recessions.

Business & IT
After running my own business for many years, we have experienced all types of interesting challenges when it comes to staff and technology. Gone are the days when you had the power to stop individuals from accessing Facebook or instant messaging systems simply by disabling the rights to view from your server, as they just use their smart phones when they nip to the toilet every 5 mins! I remember tutting at others in the office who constantly took personal calls in work time, or reprimanding a staff member for having accessed their Hotmail account whilst at work…hasn’t life changed over the last 3-4 years? Today, many companies have branched out with Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn accounts, internal blogs, and even Pinterest boards. Promoting the use of social media for employees has proven to be good for business. But why allow it during office hours? Research has indicated that employees who were allowed to watch the latest You Tube hilarity, send out a few Tweets, or plough through their Google Reader throughout the day were more productive than those who worked straight through. Brief breaks between difficult projects allows the brain to reset, refresh, and renew leading to higher levels of concentration. It’s a little bit like receiving a funny cartoon on the fax machine and passing it around the office… the good old days! If you are concerned about allowing access to social media platforms at work, then please consider these benefits:• If you have external employees (on-call, field sales, engineers etc), social media platforms connect everyone together. • Connecting everyone creates a great company culture and vibe. • You may discover a dark horse, a real creative star in the making that would have previously been overlooked. • Increases motivation and you would be amazed that the conversations will continue long after working hours. • Liberal social networking policies can help retain talented employees. • Social networks allow for quick question answering and problem solving. Tweeting about how your website is down and asking if others are having the same problem, may bring the website provider to get a move on fixing the problem. Are there potential downfalls to social media mixed with business? Sure. If you’re not good about keeping yourself on track, or are distracted easily, Tweeting during crunch time isn’t a good plan. There’s also the problem of spilling the beans about company secrets or business deals that aren’t approved for public release. Having a company social media policy is essential for all businesses, so ensure that you have yours in place! So now I’ll pose it to you: Would you let your employees engage in social media during ‘business’ hours?
