Dear Friends, I am pleased to bring you the Real Estate Market Report for January, keeping you in the know and up to date on the latest activity and trends in the communities we serve in South Santa Barbara County and Santa Ynez Valley and beyond. As we enjoy our active weather, it is nice to know that home sales are off to a great start for 2019. Inventory continues to be a bit low making it more difficult for buyers to find their dream home. This tells us that it is a good time to list a home for sale, especially if it is priced correctly. Although there are many on-line sources that predict what a home is worth, it is always best to contact one of our well-trained and educated agents from Village Properties.
