Adopting an eating window of 4, 6, or 8 hours not only simplifies your eating pattern but also grants your digestive system much-needed respite. It's advisable to finish eating 4-6 hours before bedtime. This practice may enhance sleep quality and reduce morning hunger. Morning Matters: Start Strong Kickstart your day with physical activity before breakfast.
