"This

was it. The biggest competition of the year. Missy’s last chance to save Brite Star Ranch.”

Missy whispered to Mr. Rodgers, "We’ve worked so hard for this, buddy. Let’s show them what we can do."

"Her friends and family knew what was at stake.”

Ken

said, "You’ve got this, Missy! Mr. Rodgers is the best horse out there."

Nana

Trust

added, "Stay focused, sweetheart.
your training."

"But not everyone wanted Missy to win.”

Ben said, "Tiffany, I don’t care how you do it—Missy cannot win this competition."

Tiffany hesitated, "But, Dad… what if she’s just better?"

Ben gritted his teeth, "Winning isn’t about fairness. It’s about power."

"But someone was watching.”

Tom asked, "Tiffany, what are you doing?"

Tiffany panicked, "Uh… nothing! Just… wishing Missy luck!"

Tom raised an eyebrow, "You’d better not be up to anything. You know, honesty lasts longer than any trophy."

"It

was time to compete. Missy had no idea what had almost happened.”

Sam cheered, "Go, Missy! Show them what you and Mr. Rodgers can do!"

Brooke snapped a picture, "This is going viral. Everyone needs to see how awesome she is!"

"They were unstoppable. Every jump, every turn—it was perfect.”
Missy smiled, "Good boy, Rodgers. We’re almost there."
"Meanwhile, Tiffany was falling behind. Scotty wasn’t listening to her at all.”

Tiffany groaned, "Come

on, Scotty! What’s wrong with you?"

Scotty snorted, as if he knew the truth.

"Missy

and Mr. Rodgers did it! They had won!”

The announcer declared, "And the winner is… Missy from Brite Star Ranch!"

Missy hugged Mr. Rodgers, "You did it, buddy! We did it!"

"Tiffany had lost, but she had learned something important.”

Tiffany muttered to herself,

"Maybe Dad was wrong… maybe winning isn’t everything."

Tom nodded, "Tough

lessons, kid. But they’re the ones that matter."
"Back at the ranch, Missy and her friends celebrated not just a win, but a lesson in perseverance and integrity.”

Nana said, "Winning

with honesty and heart is the real victory."

Missy grinned, "And

we’ll keep working hard for every challenge ahead!"

"Brite Star Ranch had faced another challenge, but with courage, determination, and heart, they had come out stronger than ever.”

Missy whispered, "We’ll always fight for what’s right, buddy."

Mr. Rodgers nuzzled her gently in agreement.

Think About:

Why was this competition so important for Missy?

What did Tiffany learn by losing?

Why is it important to win the right way?

Let’s Work Together: Hard work and honesty always lead to true success.

I Will: I will always do my best, but never by cheating or hurting others.
